02. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, placing an order, or creating a customer account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OXYNSUPPS OÜ.
03. Eligibility
You may only purchase from us if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country
- You are buying for personal use, not for resale (unless we have a separate wholesale agreement with you)
- You are not pregnant or nursing (our products are not intended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding)
04. Your Account
You may create a customer account to track orders, manage subscriptions, and check out faster. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens on your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.
05. Pricing & VAT
All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and include EU VAT at the applicable rate for the destination country. The price you see at checkout is the full price you pay — no hidden fees.
For orders shipping to the UK, Norway, or Switzerland, local import VAT and duties may apply on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility — see our Shipping Policy.
We may update prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
06. Order Process & Acceptance
When you place an order:
- You receive an order confirmation email — this confirms we have received your order, but does not yet constitute acceptance.
- We process your payment and verify stock availability.
- Once your order ships, we send a dispatch email — this is the moment the contract between you and us is formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, out-of-stock products). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.
07. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (SEPA).
Payment is processed by trusted third-party providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card details on our servers.
For subscription orders, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount on each renewal date until you cancel.
08. Delivery
Delivery terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses you submitted.
09. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days. However, this right does not apply to sealed supplements that have been opened, per Article 16(e) of the Directive.

10. Health Disclaimer
OXYNSUPPS products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You should:
- Consult a physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or are caffeine-sensitive
- Follow the recommended dosage printed on the label and never exceed it
- Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights)
Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

All content on the OXYNSUPPS website — including logos, product names, text, images, videos, packaging designs, and the OXYNSUPPS brand mark — is owned by OXYNSUPPS OÜ or our licensors and is protected by EU and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, war, pandemic, government restrictions, carrier strikes, internet outages, or supply chain disruptions.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply to you, in addition to Estonian law.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Estonian courts. As an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting your existing orders or subscriptions will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
