01. Where We Ship
OXYNSUPPS ships to all 27 European Union member states, plus the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. We do not currently ship outside Europe.

02. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.

During peak periods (Black Friday, December holidays) or carrier disruptions, delivery times may extend by 1–3 days. We'll notify you by email if we expect any delay specific to your order.
03. Shipping Costs
Free EU shipping on orders totaling €60 or more.
Below €60, a flat shipping fee applies:
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: €3.99
- Rest of EU: €4.99
- UK, Norway, Switzerland: €9.99
Active Subscribe & Save orders always ship free, regardless of order value.
04. Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
You can also see live tracking by logging into your account and opening the order. If you don't have an account, the email is your tracking source — keep it.
Tracking sometimes lags 24–48 hours behind reality. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, that's the point to email us.
05. Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or additional VAT on delivery — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland may be subject to local import VAT and a customs handling fee, charged by the carrier on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility. We do our best to estimate them at checkout where possible, but we cannot guarantee or refund customs charges.
06. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement, email us at hello@oxynsupps.com with your order number.
We'll open a claim with the carrier, and:
- If the package is located, we'll keep you posted with updates.
- If the package is confirmed lost (typically after 14 days with no movement), we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building reception first. If still nothing after 48 hours, contact us — we'll work with you on resolution.
